COVID and Infectious Illness

FGC continuously evaluates our COVID and infectious illness policy to align with our best understanding of community needs and current public health data. Recent FGC events have required vaccination, testing, and masking when in large groups or any time at the request of another attender.

Completing this application indicates that you are willing to follow, explain, and model for other participants the COVID and Infectious Illness Policy in place at the time of the event. If the policy for the event has not yet been determined, and you find yourself out of unity with it when it is announced, it is your responsibility to immediately inform FGC staff and/or High School Coordinators of your concerns.
