The deadline for exhibits requests is May 22, 2024.
All
exhibit requests will be reviewed, and FGC staff will let organizations
know if they will have space in the Gathering exhibit area in late May.
At that point, confirmed organizations will be given instructions for paying.
When exhibit space is limited, preference will be
given to the display of materials from member yearly meetings,
incorporated Friends institutions, Friends schools and universities,
Friends co-housing/care communities, and opportunities for Friends' spiritual enrichment.
We anticipate that displays can be set up
starting Sunday afternoon (June 30), and must be completely cleared away
by 5:00 pm Friday (July 5). Anything left of your display after 5pm
Friday will incur additional rental fees for you and FGC. Note: We can not post anything on the walls.
